SEER Interactive, recognized as the 4th fastest growing company in Philadelphia with the Philly 100 Award by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2008, was having to turn away PPC business as the team could not keep up with the demand. Not willing to sacrifice quality, the SEER team looked to find ways to improve efficiency.
A large percentage of the PPC team’s time was spent on manual reporting using excel. This process included pulling separate reports across multiple engines. The team was also spending a significant amount of time logging into each engine for campaign maintenance. This tedious, time consuming process was taking away from the time that could be spent developing strategic ideas for increasing performance on clients’ campaigns.
The SEER team sought to find a PPC Management Platform that was both cost effective and would be able to help us grow without sacrificing quality. The SEER team exhaustively researched and tested numerous platforms. What we found was that the majority of platforms that were cost effective were too limited in their functionality to solve the time management and reporting issues we were facing and the majority of the platforms that were robust were prohibitively too expensive and did not always address our needs.
The SEER team found Acquisio, which not only exceeded the functionality of its competitors, but also the price made the product cost effective for our team.
Our team is thrilled with Acquisio. Our reporting time has not only been cut in half, but provides more detail and value to our clients. Having one interface where we can manage all of our accounts, across all engines has really helped give our team time back to focus on strategy for our clients. Acquisio provides all of this functionality without detrimentally cutting into our margins (or causing us to raise our fees to our clients).
