2009 has been a roller coaster ride for me too (tough 1st and 2nd Qtrs). The 3rd Qtr saw significant changes in the number of people asking for information about services and who were ready to launch new projects. 4th Qtr interest is even higher. As I talk to other consultants and agencies, they seem to be seeing the same. I am also seeing PPC experts expand their services to include social media and I’m seeing more interest in services and information products with a focus on smaller, local businesses.
