In Acquisio SEARCH, you’re able to enter your business goals for the month. While it may be overwhelming for some, this view shows you everything you need to know in one place. Therefore, if you are in a rush, you can quickly glance at it and just look for “red alerts.”
If you are trying to focus on only one thing, this is a great view. In this view, you have the ability to sort KPIs by gap. Acquisio SEARCH’s sorting capability is very powerful and allows for different views. You can sort by budget gap, by how much you need to spend, etc. You can sort all your clients by any given gap or KPI, which allows you to prioritize very easily.
You can view your KPIs in an easy to understand graphical representation. Your KPIs are represented by colored lines and intersections, indicating where you are in the month. The color coded line indicates whether or not you’re on track.
If you promised your client a minimum of 20 sales or leads per month, this is the absolute minimum you want to deliver. Your goal may be closer to 30. Therefore, you can set those boundaries in the KPI Tracker and aim to stay between them. Moreover, as the month progresses, you see the gap between your actual performance and your target either getting wider or narrower, again depending on how you are doing.

The advantage of viewing your KPIs this way is the many detailed metrics that appear for individual clients, a view that you will not find anywhere else in the application, such as the number of conversions per day or week, how many conversions you need per day to reach your month-end goal, and an additional 12 detailed performance indicators.
This view shows you a timeline with your set min and max lines going towards the end of the month. The x-axis represents the time period, while the y-axis represents the chosen metric (impressions, clicks, phone calls, etc.).
